I did a recharge one week back and the customer says that the amount is not yet credited to his account, how can I raise a Dispute?
All the mobile recharge disputes should be reported within 72 hours from the transaction time, if you are reporting dispute after 72 hours we might not able to give the exact solution however you can report the issue by raising a new support ticket.
Login into your account and navigate to Support -> Raise A Support Ticket then Select “Other Technical Support” then enter your transactions ids in the “Message” field
