What are the other ways to report a recharge dispute?

You can raise report from your “Recharge History” by just clicking the “Dispute” button available with each transaction

You can also report dispute from Support -> Raise A Support Ticket then Select “Mobile Recharge Dispute” then enter your Transaction ID

Dispute can also be report from Desktop Application, WAP (Mobile) Site, Mobile Application (Android & JAVA), API (if enabled on your account)
