I’m getting “Authentication Failed. Please use correct combination of Keyword & Pin” as reply message when I am trying SMS Based Recharge. What is the issue?

You might be using incorrect PIN or requesting from unauthorized mobile number which is not configured in our system

Solution: Use the correct PIN or Reset the PIN from the panel or through SMS

To reset the PIN from the panel Login to user panel My Accounts > Interactive SMS settings

To reset PIN through SMS, Send an SMS from the registered mobile to the number in the below format.

RC<space>P

You will get new PIN as SMS to your mobile number.
