Recharge showing Success in my Panel but customer saying not got the balance, what to do?

In this case please check the followings

Whether an Operator Reference Number is generated for the transaction. If operator reference number is available then please pass the same to customer and tell them to get update from customer care.

In case operator reference is not available then report the transaction as “Dispute” and hold the customer recharge amount with you, as the transaction status may get success or failed after sometime
